Nebel Luccion is a painter and sculptor with more than 40 years of artistic experience, specializing in fine art painting, sculpture, illustration, and handcrafted model-making.

Originally from Uruguay, Nebel moved to Argentina as a boy, where he discovered his love for art and went on to study at the National School of Fine Arts. His training focused on drawing, painting, engraving, and sculpture, and he later became an Art Professor specializing in Fine Arts.

In 1999, Nebel relocated to Utah, where he has continued to create, and work professionally as a sculptor, painter, designer, and art director. Over the years, he has contributed to dozens of creative projects including stop-motion animation, TV studio sets, film backdrops, sculptures, murals, and scenic artwork for events and exhibitions.

Today, Nebel works from his studio in Spanish Fork, Utah, where he paints expressive landscapes, portraits, and original fine-art pieces inspired by nature, culture, and everyday life. His work blends classical technique with a modern, textured style, reflecting decades of craftsmanship and creativity.

Nebel believes great art should speak from the heart, and each piece he creates is made with intention, detail, and care. His goal is to continue sharing his artwork with collectors and art lovers around the world.
